Fond memories of my Auntie Yvonne.
I can remember when I was very young calling in to see Nichola. Auntie Yvonne was always so pleasant and welcoming. Years later, on those occasions when we would call in and visit Yvonne and Ronnie, they always made us welcome. It wouldn’t be long before she would have the kettle on and was making us a sandwich. She always had a gentle and calming demeanor about her - I never saw her get annoyed! She was a unique person and always had a lovely chuckle when she laughed!
Yvonne will always be remembered in our hearts.
God bless. Rest in peace. Love, Darryl and Jon x

So sorry that Malcolm and I cannot be with you today but distance and age are now too great.
Yvonne love I'm thinking about you,
about Hunters Bar school,
about the swings in Endcliffe Park,
about walking up Penrhyn Road to see you at number 76,
about holidays in Scarborough,
about working together at Walshs,
about children and grandchildren.
Yvonne , you've been my friend for over 80 years, please now be my Angel.

You were my best friend from our first day at school and we never had a cross word in the 82 years that followed. Thank you for the happy times.
